5. Multi-Tenant Isolation
TracKeee is a multi-tenant platform. Your data is logically isolated from other users. Each user can only access their own clients, projects, time entries, and invoices.
6. Invoicing and Payments

8. Service Availability
TracKeee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
- TracKeee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- TracKeee is not liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect invoices, failed payments, or tax miscalculations
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
10. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
